"Wrong item came, but they took care of it"
I order a few little things from Wish, and when the package showed up, one item was totally wrong and another one wasn’t even in there.

I message support and sent over some pictures. It did take a bit before they got back to me, but they did reply and refunded the missing item, plus helped fix the wrong one too.

Shipping wasn’t perfect, but I was okay with how they handle it in the end. I still use Wish for cheap stuff, you just have to be patient sometimes

"I just can’t praise fake products"
I’m sorry, but I just can’t leave praise for something that feels fake. Honest reviews are better, and I’d rather just be real about it.

"Easy to use, just kinda cluttered sometimes"
I use the app often and it’s easy to figure out. I can usually find what I’m looking for fast, and checkout has worked fine for me everytime. The only thing that bugs me is there are a few too many pop ups sometimes, so it can feel a little cluttered. But overall, it’s good and I dont really have any big complaints.

I got what I ordered and it looked just like the photos and description. The size and color were right on too, which was nice because that can be an issue sometimes. Did anyone else find the sizing matched up well? No complaints from me overall...

"Sizing actually worked out fine"
I was a little nervous buying clothes off Wish, because you never really know with online sizes, they can be all over the place. But I just went by the size chart, kind of guessed from there, and it turned out right enough for me.
The shirt and leggings fit like I expected, not squeezing weird anywhere and not hanging off me either. So yeah, happy with it overall, and I’d probably order again

One of the items showed up damaged, which was frustrating and kind of disappointing. The refund did come through fairly quickly, but it still left a bad impression since I had to deal with the hassle in the first place.

"Returning It Was Shockingly Not a Headache"
I was fully expecting the return process to be a whole thing because it usually is, right? Forms, back-and-forth emails, waiting forever for the refund, the usual nonsense. But nope, this was actually easy. I sent it back without any hassle and got my refund way quicker than I expected. Kind of sad that a normal, smooth return feels like a miracle these days, but here we are.

"Was annoyed at first, but it got fixed fast"
My order never showed up, so I was irritated and ready for a whole mess. I opened a dispute with Wish expecting it to drag on forever... but then they actually handled it really quickly. Got my refund without much back and forth, which completely changed my mood. Went from annoyed to pleasantly surprised real fast

"Pretty good if you’re not in a hurry"
I mostly use Wish when I’m trying to save a little money and don’t need something right away. The shipping can take a while... but for what you pay, it’s hard to complain too much. I’ve ordered phone cases, random little tools, and some home stuff for way less than I’d find elsewhere. Just make sure you read the reviews first — that usually tells you what you need to know.

"Looks just like the photos"
I ordered this after scrolling around for way too long one night, and it showed up looking just like the pictures. No weird surprises or anything different than what I expected, which is always a relief. Happy with it tbh.

I thought there might be some customs charges added on, but nope, nothing extra showed up with my order. The import info was clear enough, I guess, and shipping did take a little while, but not in a bad way. Just... no weird surprise at the end, so yeah, happy with it.

"Always something random to grab"
I never really know what I’m going to find here, which is kind of the fun part. One minute I’m just browsing, then suddenly I’m looking at something totally different I didn’t even know I wanted. There’s just a lot of random stuff to pick from, and it changes things up every time.

“Paid for item first of may 2020 and its july and still nothing nor will they refund my money... worst site ever. Dont trust them with credit card number. They are dishonest. And keep putting delivery date off for 21 days. Again and again... told me delivery date was the second and if it does not arrive to contact them for refund... it didnt arrive so i did contact them and instead of refund they gave me a new delivery date... and wish has no phone number for support for any1 to call”
